Who this is for
Built for the people who
make it happen.
Purpose Culture programs are designed to work within real school environments - with real constraints on time, budget, and staff capacity.
🏫
Principals & Administrators
Looking for a program that reduces behavioral incidents, improves student engagement, and comes with clear outcomes you can report on. Purpose Culture delivers all three without requiring a new hire or a budget overhaul.
📚
Curriculum Coordinators
Need something that fits into an existing schedule without fighting for instructional time. Our programs are modular, flexible by grade level, and come with everything needed to run a session — no additional curriculum writing required.
🧠
School Counselors & SEL Leads
Want students to have tools they'll actually use outside the counselor's office. The Purposed Journal gives students a daily practice they can work through on their own, reducing the volume of reactive support needs.
What schools see
Measurable outcomes.
Not just better vibes.
Fewer behavioral incidents
Students with stronger emotional regulation skills act out less. The program gives them a toolkit to use before they escalate, not after.
Improved classroom engagement
Students who understand their own nervous system show up differently in the classroom. Less distraction, more capacity to learn.
Stronger peer communication
The program builds vocabulary and tools for self-expression, which translates directly into how students interact with each other and with staff.
A practice students keep using
The journal component gives students something to return to on their own, outside of the classroom session. The habit builds over time.

teens face a serious mental health challenge
Schools are often the first place that challenge becomes visible. Purpose Culture gives staff a structured, evidence-based response — not just a referral to the counselor.
K - 12
grade range covered
Elementary, junior high, and high school programs are all available or in development. One vendor, one relationship, multiple grade levels.
Zero
additional training required
Every program comes with a facilitation guide your existing staff can follow. No new certification, no training days, no disruption to your calendar.
Whats in the box
Everything your school needs to get started.
Purpose Culture handles the curriculum, the materials, and the facilitation support. Your staff runs the sessions. That's the whole arrangement.
📋
Structured Curriculum
A clear session-by-session framework covering emotional regulation, self-awareness, and communication skills. Each module builds on the last — no standalone worksheets, no guesswork.
📓
Student Journals
The Purposed Journal for each student — grade-appropriate editions for elementary, junior high, and high school. Students use the journal during and between sessions to build a daily practice.
📖
Facilitator Guide
A step-by-step guide for whoever runs the sessions. Written so a teacher, counselor, or administrator can pick it up and lead confidently without prior training in SEL or wellness programming.
🎥
Movement & Breathwork Videos
Short, classroom-ready videos covering breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation. Each one is designed to fit inside a class period without requiring open floor space or equipment.
💬
Facilitation Support
Purpose Culture is available for kickoff sessions, staff Q&A, and check-ins during implementation. You're not handed a binder and left to figure it out — we stay in the loop.
📊
Outcome Tracking
Pre and post assessment tools your team can use to document student progress. Gives administrators something concrete to point to when reporting on program effectiveness.

What Educators are saying
From the people who
ran the program.
★★★★★
"I was skeptical about adding another SEL program. This one was different — students actually used the journal outside of class. That's not something we usually see."
— High School Counselor, Inland Empire CA
★★★★★
"The facilitator guide made it easy for our teachers to run sessions without feeling like they needed a wellness background. That was the thing that made it work."
— Curriculum Coordinator, San Bernardino County
★★★★★
"We saw a measurable drop in office referrals in the weeks after the program ran. That's what we needed to bring it back next year."
— Assistant Principal, Alta Loma CA
Common questions
What schools usually
ask us first.
How long does a program run?
Program length is flexible and built around your school calendar. We offer single-session formats for assemblies or workshops and multi-session sequences for ongoing SEL integration. Session count and cadence are confirmed during the intake call.
What does it cost?
Pricing is based on grade level, number of students, and session count. We don't publish a flat rate because school needs vary too much for that to be accurate. Request an overview and we'll give you specific numbers within two business days.
Do our teachers need any training?
No. The facilitator guide is written so any teacher, counselor, or administrator can lead a session without prior SEL or wellness training. We offer an optional 30-minute staff orientation, but it's not a requirement to get started.
What grade levels do you serve?
The high school program is fully available now. The junior high edition is in development, and the elementary edition follows after that. Contact us to be added to the waitlist for upcoming grade levels.
Is this an evidence-based program?
The Purposed Journal and program curriculum are built on established research in nervous system regulation, breathwork, and social-emotional learning. We're happy to share our methodology and reference literature during the intake call.
Can we order journals in bulk for students?
Yes. Bulk journal orders for school programs are available with adjusted per-unit pricing. Include your estimated student count in the inquiry form and we'll include bulk pricing in the overview we send back.
