Welcome to Purpose Culture. By purchasing our products, registering for workshops or courses, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

Purpose Culture offers a variety of educational and wellness products and services, including but not limited to:

•              Workshops and enrichment programs

•              Purposed Journal courses

•              Printed journals and educational materials

•              Digital resources and downloads

•              Sensory and mindfulness products

•              Community events and experiences

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and services at any time.

2. Educational Purpose

Our workshops, journals, and resources are designed for educational, personal development, and wellness purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for determining whether a program is appropriate for their child.

3. Workshop Registration

Workshop availability is subject to scheduling and minimum participation requirements.

For homeschool workshops, the organizing parent or group coordinator is responsible for:

•              Gathering the required number of participants.

•              Securing an appropriate meeting location unless otherwise arranged.

•              Providing accurate participant information.

•              Communicating workshop details to attendees.

Purpose Culture reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Workshops are to be paid in full to reserve a date.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Physical Products

Physical products may NOT be returned unless otherwise stated.  Products may be exchanged only in their original condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final unless required by law.

Workshops & Events

Cancellation are not accepted

If Purpose Culture cancels a workshop for unforeseen reasons, participants will be offered a transfer to another available date or credit towards another workshop of their choice- equivalent in price.

6. Attendance

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, volunteers, facilities, and fellow participants.

Purpose Culture reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

7. Photography & Media

Purpose Culture may photograph or record workshops and events for educational or promotional purposes.

Participants may opt out by notifying Purpose Culture in writing before the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, journals, lesson plans, activities, graphics, logos, videos, and digital content are the intellectual property of Purpose Culture unless otherwise noted.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, or shared without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

9. Digital Downloads

Digital resources are licensed for personal or classroom use by the purchaser only unless otherwise specified.

They may not be:

•              Shared publicly

•              Uploaded to file-sharing websites

•              Resold

•              Redistributed

•              Modified for commercial purposes

10. Product Availability

We strive to keep inventory accurate; however, availability is not guaranteed.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you regarding a replacement, store credit, or refund.

11. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Purpose Culture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purpose Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, workshops, website, or services.

Participation in physical activities, including movement, mindfulness, and yoga-inspired exercises, is voluntary. Parents and participants assume responsibility for determining whether activities are appropriate for their abilities and health.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through purchases or registrations will be used only for business operations, communication, and order fulfillment in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

Purpose Culture may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
